First fan stand I create (am I doing it correctly?)

Okay so I still haven’t drawn anything major yet, because I want my stand to feel legit first. And there comes ur help!!

Stand name: Thunderstruck (ACDC song)

Appearance: Humanoid, Close range, Single-unit

Power: Thunderstruck has the capacity of throwing a metallic object and, after a 3 second delay, a thunder will strike wherever that object is.

Conditions: The time will always be 3 seconds right after the object leaves the stand’s contact. The stand user can be affected by the thunder, but not the stand itself. And lastly, the strength and power of the thunder will depend on the type and amount of metal (i.e. using a coin would generate a weaker thunder than throwing a wrench)

Power: B Speed: B Range: E Durability: C Precision: B Potential: E

Okay so taking all of this into accound, do you thini it would work? I really think it could be a stand. I’ve created it so that it’s not overpowered, it can be easily countered if you take distance, for example. Let me know your thoughts please. I’m looking forward to drawing it, any advise/recommendation is super welcome :)
