Blockage in my solar plexus chakra and how to remove it

I can actually feel this blockage that I have in my solar plexus chakra and it is weakening my sends of will power and self confidence. It's like feelings of doubt and anxiety that are stuck specifically where my solar plexus chakra is. Anyone have any advice on how I can remove this blockage?
