Online application struggle

My current passport expires at end of this month. I tried to do it online. Able to register and login. I meet all criteria for online application but still it is stuck at current passport page. I have tried multiple times, keeps on giving error to check eligibility criteria. I was issued Canadian passport in 2015. I was born outside of Canada. Is this the reason for this issue. I am not able to delete that application to start a new one
