Heating in College Garden Apartments?
I live in one of the College Garden units owned by Pitt, and I was wondering why the heating wasn't turning on when it was so cold outside. I emailed housing and they said they would turn on the heating to all university buildings once there was "a number of low temperature days in a row". But heating season in Allegheny County already began on October 1st, and I was wondering if university-owned apartments were subject to the same heating code other rental units in Allegheny County were.
