Nightmare for seniors.

My grandfather bought a Roku TV and when his WiFi goes out we have to go through an insane amount of trouble to reconnect, put in passwords, put in Email, verify email, go through a slough of pages on the roku page, then finally verify the divice. He has an Echo device from Amazon and it automatically connects with no issues. Roku seriously needs to make this all way less rediculous. The person who designed this should be forced to work with the elderly for a few weeks to have some perspective.
