Is Norvajarvi close enough to Rovaniemi?

Hi. I am wondering if accommodation in Norvajarvi is close enough to Rovaniemi for one night stay travel. I will be flying in and out and I will have a rental car. My plan is to sight see Rovaniemi and hopefully catch the northern lights. May be get a reindeer ride.
