With current ongoings. What are people comfortable sculpting for sale?

So I run a very small online business selling 3D prints, mostly for basing or kitbashing. I have made shoulder pauldrons for certain (currently) unrepresented factions which are used in Lore but aren't currently made by the big GW overlords. I would obviously love to extend this into full models but im now concerned that may breach some law i have no knowledge of.

So I guess my questions are. Am I panicking to much and carry on? Should I abandon that particular table top franchise? Are accessories to current figures deemed as a breach of a "copy right" or similar law?

Any online search of this has come up a little short of a helpful answer ( obviously the case is still ongoing). Thanks and apologies if this isnt the right place for this conversation
