[No Spoilers] How to start reading GOT after Fire and Blood?

So I started reading Fire & Blood at the beginning of the year because I was quite depressed and HOTD was one of the few things that made sense to me at the time (I am neurodivergent and it became my hyperfixation). And believe it or not, it helped me a lot (English is not my first language and this was the first big book I read in English, which made me feel very proud every time I made progress) and I fell in love with the universe. So much so that my mother thought it would be a good idea to give me the five ASOIAF books as a gift. To be honest, I've had very little contact with Game of Thrones. I haven't even seen the series, so starting to read them is quite intimidating, but I can't just leave them gathering dust on my bookshelf either. Any advice on how to get started?
