Trying to figure out what's going on here

I have an s25u Verizon model and unlocked fold 7. About a week ago I noticed surfing the web and opening apps like reddit, and YouTube. It was once instant media now takes a few seconds before anything loads onto my screen.

Both devices are doing it. I'm not sure if it's my device or network. I've factory reset my fold 7 and noticed a slight bump in load times but still not like before.
