Vendors sending invoices 6 months after wedding

Hi Ladies. I need some advice. I got married 6 months ago in Italy. Our wedding was about 200k USD all in after conversion, our budget was oringally $150k. We spent way more than we wanted to spend.

This morning i recieved an email from on of our vendors invoicing us for about $2,000 in unexpected and forgotten charges. This is the 4th vendor to do this to us since our wedding. Our photographer and videographer hit us with a $4k overtime charge without notice, and our furniture company came back with $6,000 deducted from our security deposit due to missing glassware (an insane overcharge compared to what was missing- we tried to fight this one but our contract gave us no leverage)

All of our vendors were amazing but the business professionalism is/was not up to the US standards. It feels like they’re all young / new business owners and have no idea what they’re doing.

Our wedding was beautiful and was featured in a few wedding publications (I share this to show how great of a job they did on the design) We ended with great relationships with these vendors but I can’t help but think this is ridiculous. Am I getting scammed? Where should I draw the line? It’s been SIX MONTHS! I can’t keep bleeding cash for this wedding.
