Looking for the thinnest and most insulting jacket

I just moved back to southern Canada and our winters are often around -25 to 2°C (like -15 to 35°F if I had to guess) and often windy. Is there any hi-tech jacket that can warm me up enough on its own for the winter? I can’t seem to find one by googling or asking Chat
