For those on gel, what % are you using?

Have appointment with another new provider next week and want to switch from compounded cream to regular pharmacy med. Assuming I’ll be on the usual 5mg/day dose (or lower).

Is the 1% or 1.68% better/easier to dose? Math challenged 🙄

Feel like I need to know what I’m aiming for. TIA!
