Installation problem

Hi mates,

I’m having problems by trying to DL and install BF6:

On ea launcher, the game starts dl, but at the end, it goes back to 0% and DL again.

That for hours and no solutions… I’ve spoken with EA support but seems like it’s a robot. Can someone help?
