Question guys,For wikelo polaris

Does Wikelo only accept 8 SCU ×6 of Atlasium, or can I deliver smaller amounts as well? And at the Outpost (ArcCorp Mining Area 157 on Yela), why can’t I buy the full 8 SCU? Even when 8 SCU is available, I can only buy 7 SCU or less. It is bug or does CIG just want to slow down Polaris production even more?
