Why do users in the US get way more orb quests than other regions?

So I’ve been noticing something kinda weird, people in the US seem to get way more orb quests than players in other regions. Like, I’ve seen screenshots where folks have 20k+ orbs just chilling, while the rest of us barely get anything.

Is that actually fair? 😅
I’m just trying to understand why there’s such a big difference.

Also, random question, if I wanted to switch my region, is there even a way to do that? Or would that just mess up my account completely? I’m not trying to cheat the system, but it honestly feels kinda rough seeing everyone else swimming in orbs while we’re over here scraping by.
