Stasis rifle fragments are AWOL!

I feel like I’ve been everywhere, but I cannot find the 2nd fragment for the stasis rifle blueprints! I’ve looked on the floating island, the Jellyshroom cave bases & even made scanner rooms all around!! Please help, fellow water bearers.
