I have an HSA through work (Elevate-Rippling). I contribute $200 per month, employer contributes $83. However, I have a Roth IRA with Fidelity which I love. Can I open HSA through Fidelity to invest?

I've read that I can have multiple HSAs so thought opening one on Fidelity would be smart, just not sure how to manage if most of my funds are through the work HSA with Elevate-Rippling.
