Careers

Hi everyone,

I'm a recent engineering graduate (fresher) based in South India(Andhra), and my goal is to get a IT Developer job in Japan.

I've been looking into the standard path of learning Java and Japanese separately, but I recently heard about "Train and Place" consultancies. These are companies that apparently hire freshers, provide intensive training in both a tech stack (like Java) and the Japanese language (JLPT levels), and then place them with their client companies in Japan.

Does anyone have experience with this kind of program or know of any reputable companies that offer this?

Specifically, I'm looking for:

Names of consultancies or IT companies that have a "Hire, Train, Deploy" model for Japan. (I've heard of Nihon Technology, but are there others?)

Any personal experiences you might have with their selection process, training quality, and the service bond/contract.

Is this a viable path, or am I better off learning the skills separately?

Any advice or leads would be incredibly helpful. Thanks in advance!
