ok how do you level up your "player profile" and how do you see the criteria to level up?

i just want to unlock ranked, but i have completed most of the tutorial, ive completed every daily every day, have completed almost all the weeklies, and only have the duos and free character unlock to do for the welcome missions... but im still level 2

this is bullshit, i just want to play ranked
