How does the H1B fee increase affect job prospects after residency?

As above.

I thought this would only be an issue for IMGs considering H1B for residency, but later realised that all of us will need to be transferred to H1B following residency.

Does this mean less hospitals will employ IMG attendings? Or will our salaries take a hit to account for the 100k H1B annual fee?
