Has anyone else ever ordered from Vera-Fi Audio?

I ordered a Vanguard Caldera 10" subwoofer on September 19 and received the standard “ships in 3–5 days” email on the 22nd. On the 30th, I tried emailing Vera-Fi to check on the status, but my message was rejected as suspected spam. I reached out via chat and was told there were some delays.

On Monday, I was glad to finally get a tracking number—but now it’s Friday and the shipment still shows “Label Created.” No movement yet.
