IBR Forgiveness - waiting for the golden email

At around 316 according to the back door, I'm well past any/every forgiveness counts. I have been calling, emailing, following up regularly through every imaginable avenue for a year. I know some people have recently received the golden email, but I was not one of them. I'm concerned there is a problem somewhere in my account because this should have been forgiven long ago. Is all the following up I'm doing wasted effort or, worse, counter-productive? Should I just wait? Who/where/how can I get my case addressed?
