Questioning if I have PCOS

My thyroid and period are normal however I have an abundance of facial hair. I also struggle with weight gain, low energy/fatigue etc. My libido is in the trash and my testosterone levels as a 27yr old female is 21. My DHEA Sulfate is through the roof but nobody explained what it means and just tells me to diet. My glucose is also within normal range. I guess my question is that is it possible to have this and still be positive for PCOS?
