AIO What should I do ?

I been working for someone for about 8 months right ? Whenever I go pick up money for him he never pays me for that and I’m not taking about hundreds it’s around the thousands, I calculated the amount of money I been making monthly and it’s ruffly 700 a month, today I just picked up $3000 for him and I know he’s not going to give me a single dollar for picking it up, should I give it to him or take it ?
