Looking for a front + rear dash cam with parking mode (vandalism issues)

My car has been damaged several times already (windshield wipers vandalized three times) and last night one of my windows was smashed. I’ve filed police reports, but without evidence there’s not much they can do.

So I’m looking for a dash cam that records both front and rear, with a reliable parking mode that records on motion and impact. Night vision is very important since everything happens during the night. My maximum budget is €200.

Any tips or personal recommendations? Thanks in advance!
