Problem after watching 55c7k.

I have neck pain after watching for a short time. No matter how I sit on couch. The TV is placed at eye level (center of the TV , 110 cm). And the viewing distance is 2.5-3m. The TV is 55C7k. Am I the only one with this problem? And I would be sorry if the TV made it worse because the TV is great.
