How do I receive a million dollars without having problems. for-example*

Hello, I am from Mexico and I was thinking what would happen if a person receives a million dollars as a donation, I was thinking in what concept should the person receive it and how to not have problems with IRS.

I searched that in Mexico IRS can take up to 35% plus legal problems and investigation.

If it is not recommended to receive $1M as a donation how should it be received?
