Indoor sauna for space with a 7 foot cieling?

General Question

ITrying to decide if building a sauna in my garage is feasible.

I've found lots of good, design advice here and in books. General design priorities I'm getting are 1) ensure adequate separation of the benches from the direct, radient heat of the heater and 2) sit high enough so your feet are at or above the heat source. For #2 here, many of the plans I'm looking seem to agree that 7.5'-8' (230-245) interior hight is ideal

Unfortunatly, I'm stuck with an indoor space that is just 7' (213cm) high so interior height would probaby be no more than 200cm. So I'm wondeirng if I should give up the idea becasue I will hate the compromise? Have any of you built such a low sauns? Are there tricks to making do with a lower space (e.g. electric heaters that are lower than the standard ones )?

Thanks for any experiences you can share
