My visa has no photo

Selam aleykum everyone.

Today I applied for eVisa via https://visa.visitsaudi.com/

But there is bug on their system or they just granted visa without checking the photo.

Because after I uploaded the photo, I could not crop as it seems and now my profile photo is blurry white background. There is no photo of me.

I think this is a system bug.

Anyways, I wrote an email and could get an answer yet.

So here I am asking, do they fix that king of issues and what happends if I go with the current visa with no photo?
