What are the chances the SPAC merger falls through?

I believe in this stock in fact I own 1200 shares and I may add another $600 before markets closed, BUT what's the risk this doesn't go through?

Putting myself in infleqution shoes, seems like they left a lot of money on the table. The valuations too low so why not back out and do over?
