No period for 7 months and all tests normal

I am a little concerned because I have not had a period since March. I am 34 years old. I am not pregnant. I went to my PCP in August and she ran thyroid and hormone labs and they were all normal. Then I got a pelvic ultrasound and that showed a small cyst on both of my ovaries but was otherwise normal. My PCP did not seem overly concerned to do more testing. I requested a gynecology consult as I do not currently have one but I could not get an appointment until December.

My question is how concerned should I be about this? Should I be trying to get in sooner to see the gyno or just wait until December? I don't even know if I could. I have no other symptoms. No discharge down there, just some itchiness. No symptoms of menopause except trouble sleeping which is kind of normal for me. I am not overly stressed I don't think. I do take spironolactone for acne which can cause irregular periods but I've been on it for 4 years. Anyways thanks for reading this far.
