Nails are actually biting

First off, i admit I only play casually and barely understand the game. HOWEVER, I mosied over to the EC side of the Chaos Space, and now I'm pissed. Can someone explain WHY THE HELL their army rule let's them advance + charge, when I thought WE were THE shock troops? WHY their detachments buff them so hard?? I'm out here rolling dice like some dumbass, hoping to be able to reroll a charge and get a buff, while they get to just off rip advance -> charge -> sustained/lethal hits?? Kinda sucks man.
