Are sub-factions missing on anybody else's Galactic Map?

I just completed an Operation on Erata Prime and fought the Spore Burst Strain on all three missions, but they aren't listed on the Galactic Map.

They are showing up in the Companion app as being on Erata Prime, Nivel 43, Esker, and Fori Prime. The Predator Strain is on Oshaune. Dragonroaches are on Oshaune and Fori Prime, but none of that is displayed in my game.

I recall the game displaying these sub-factions (and Dragonroaches) on the galactic map a couple of weeks ago, but now it no longer shows any of them.

Anybody else having this issue? This is happening on both my Xbox and PC accounts.
