I’m 19 and have no dating experience, what could I do so I maybe have a chance of just getting a date?

I (M19) have never been in a relationship. I’ve asked out a lot of girls, they all either said no or ghosted. I’ve been using apps for over a year too. I got one date from an app. This was a few weeks ago, and it was my first date ever. It seemed to be kinda awkward but still good. After the date, I gave her my IG. I tried texting her but she never texted back. I’m just wondering what I’m doing so wrong. My friends also keep making fun of me for still being a virgin.
