Photos Disappeared from Nothing Gallery

Yesterday almost all my photos from my phone camera stopped showing in the Nothing Gallery app. They still show in the Google Photos app. I didn't change anything, and the ones that are still there are from either 2024 or 2022 or today. So I still have the photos but can only see them in the Google app. I was hoping to uninstall and reinstall but it only has Disable as a choice.
