eBay - Accidentally accepted return even though buyer provided incorrect information
Hey everyone, I'm currently having my first real eBay stress case and I'm hoping someone knows what to do. A buyer requested a return claiming my item description was incorrect - but that's simply not true. He claims things I never wrote.
Now comes the catch: I accidentally clicked “Accept return” even though I didn’t mean to And now it seems like it can't be undone.
Does anyone know if you can cancel this manually with support or if it's permanent after accidentally agreeing? I've already written to eBay that it was a mistake and the description is correct - but I have no idea what the chances are.
Have any of you had something like this before and was eBay able to reverse it?
Thank you in advance 🙏
