Guess everyone learned their lesson from this past summer?

In PHL now for my usual bi-monthly trip. Was looking to cancel my Sunday appointment and head home tomorrow, instead. (TYS) I shouldve paid for the 1 way on the way up when it was $425. Went on hold, waited till I had my appt today and got checked in to the hotel to call the AA desk. Yeah, the hold was cancelled and we looked together for anything that would get me home tomorrow. From anywhere within a few hours drive or train ride. Nothing that didnt have at least two stops and cost a bazillion dollars.. ha. I am absolutely not willing to pay the process right now, but it is imperative I get home by Sunday. Looks like I will be driving. :( The impending weather is apparantly everyone's reason for the changes and sudden booking nightmare. Like title says, I guess everyone learned from Summer woes, and is being proactive about getting ahead of the issue.
