Employer NI and pension contributions

I'm starting as a contractor next week,inside IR35 so having to use an umbrella organisation. Im going to make pension contributions through my umbrella organisation to reduce employee ni and my income tax. Will this impact my employer ni contributions or have no impact (I've only recently found out Im liable fo employer ni out of my hourly rate!) Thank you
