Denied Tombstone Pack

Preordered BF6 from UK retailer Very.co.uk with promises of the Tombstone pack. Arrived today, no tombstone pack code emailed and not physically in the box either. Called Very. They had no clue about the preorder bonus, had to send them screenshots. Said I had to contact the game company. Contacted EA, customer service said they couldn’t gen me a code and i had to go to Very.

Any ideas about what I can do next?
