2023 M440i 20k miles

It’s going for 49k but it’s xDrive with red interior and Brooklyn grey color.. premium with the. Shadow line… is 20k decent mileage? There’s a 2024 RWD same specs other then no xDrive with 9k miles… I like the shift knob but I know I can just replace that on the 24… but I live in LA and don’t feel like I need the xDrive unless I’m driving up to Yosemite or big Bear… should I just go for the xDrive? Or stick with RWD?
