Wells Fargo

Taking to social media platforms in an attempt to get the attention of someone at Wells Fargo.

Today I needed to pay someone $630.00 and their preferred method was via Zelle. When I tried to pay i first received a message that I had a $500 per transaction limit. Paid the $500. When I tried to pay the remaining $130 I got an error message.

Called Wells and spoke to the service agent who answered and then to a Sr. customer service representative for help. Answer I was given was that it was impossible to increase transfer limit or allow a second Zelle to go through. Then she disconnected the call.

Individual who I owe the money too is stuck with less than they are owed.

Wells Fargo is the 4th largest bank in the US, a Fortune 34 company with 200K+employees and over $80B a year in revenue and considered 'too big to fail' by the US government and they can't allow more than $500 per Zelle per day?????
