Minor penile swelling with pain

Last Sunday I bent my penis slightly while masterbaiting caused sudden sharp pain but no popping sound ever since I've been having constant dull aching pain in groin and penis along with a burning sensation that comes and goes seems to be worse at night penile shaft is slightly swollen and a couple of small bruises the head is red inflamed and also looks slightly bruised erections seem to hurt now and are less flexible also feels like my penis won't fully relax like its always tight and has a "pulling feeling" veins also to be slightly swollen I've also suffered from a masterbaition addiction for years I'm hoping I haven't fully ruined myself I have an appointment with a urologist on Monday to see whats really going on but was wondering if any has ever experienced this and if it's normal to still be in pain after 5 days any response would be appreciated
