What does this even mean?

Im gonna try to make this short and sweet but rabbits have always been my thing. I don’t know how to describe it but I’ll see them everywhere right before or after a big change. I see them when times get really tough or really good in the most random places. My great grandmother who was more of a mother passed away last night, then today my friend’s dog walks up to me with something in his mouth. He drops it at my feet and it’s a rabbit head, a warm cleanly severed not chewed up rabbit head. I searched for the body for 30 minutes and couldn’t find it. I can’t stress how much my grandmother meant to me, she really was the person I loved most. What does this even mean?
