Where do i use Will Wish Coins???

I bought those coins at the Seabreeze store (event store), but i dont know where do i use them, the wish section only uses 2 other coins but not the will wish coin... it is a little confusing so many currencies and even tho its nice when you click on a item and the game explains where do you get it it also should tell you where do you use it.
