Players unlock their full potential when I'm killer

Istg why do so many people just unlock their full fucking Potential the second I become the killer. I was just in a server where everyone was trash the last few rounds but the second I'M KILLER EVERYONE WORKS TOGETHER FLAWLESSLY AND I CANT GET A SINGLE KILL. WHERE DID Y'ALL'S SKILL COME FROM ALL OF A SUDDEN I MUST KNOW 😭😭😭
