How to merge decks similar but different decks and not loose progress? JS -> CH

Question for anyone??

I’ve been using the original jack sparrow deck. It’s a lot. When I try to download the Captain Hook updated deck it only says 3xx cards were added out of the 3500 ish cards in the deck. I don’t want to lose my progress on the Jack sparrow deck because I’ve made it almost through an entire book and that would suck to go back through. How do I merge these decks without losing my progress from the original JS deck? Any thoughts or suggestion?
