I need help.

I have prayed, read the Bible, and made my life more Jesus-oriented, but no matter what I try. I still have same-sex attraction. I have never had real romantic or sexual attraction to females. I used to pretend, but it was NEVER real attraction. I really just want some kind of help because I can't look at a man without getting unsavory thoughts; it is destroying my life.
