I have a trip planned for October 30th and when I had this passport, I was under 16 so I have to apply for an adult passport and I noticed on this form it asked for a second piece of ID and I just realized my license is expired and I don’t know what to do and my service card and my license is combined in one…

What can I possibly do? I really need this passport before my travel date.
