How far away are we from loyalty oaths to an individual, and from ideological purity checks?

Whiskey Pete yesterday mandated that all uniformed personnel view or read the full transcript of his Speech to the Generals last week. “Antifa” and atheism are now official anathema, and the Mar-a-Lago Messiah himself said at the beginning of the week, in regards to the criminalization of the burning of the Stars and Stripes, “We took away that freedom of speech.” Given all of this, is it at all unlikely that we’ll be forced as federal employees to ‘bend the knee’ and formally declare fealty to Himself at 1600 - those of us who are left? If you think I’m being alarmist or catastrophizing, please say so - I don’t - and would love to be reassured.
