[PC][BEFORE 2023?] Johnny, incomprehensible, very confusing plot, purple tvs, bad animation

Other details: this game's story is SO confusing that one of the people who voiced it admitted they have NO clue what's it about. its about a guy whos like trapped in dreams or something? At one point, the character was walking down a street with snow, some random green slime, and homeless people. There were also dogs with terrible animation that ran towards the hero to kill him, but again, the animation was crap.

There were apartment buildings where, in the garbage chutes, there were TVs with purple patterns, like hypnosis spirals. There was a place where the textures ended, and in the air, there was just a bathroom, and Alyosha pointed out that the developer probably just gave up and decided to fill the empty space with a bathtub.

Throughout the game, there was constantly the voice of another character who would say "JOHNNYYYY blahblahblah))))". There was a part where the character had to choose between two corridors with candles, and after going through one of them, the character shrank to a size no taller than the candles. There was a part where the main character hits his abusive father over the head. The father was bullying a version of the main character who was a child; it was like a memory or something.

There was a part with labyrinth-like staircases leading into the air to closed doors;The labyrinth led to a flush toilet which, like, flooded everything and the character woke up? There was a part where the character was on a balcony and there was a bug where going to the balcony will softlock you?
